These Terms of Use govern your use of artofangelinvesting.com, the member area, and the products sold there (together, the "Services"), operated by Art Of Angel Investing ("we," "us"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

1. Our products

• The Art of Angel Investing (digital book): a downloadable e-book for your personal use.

• The Art of Angel Investing Masterclass: a self-paced online course with lifetime access for as long as we operate the Services.

• Wilkins Angel Network: an annual membership that renews automatically (see section 4) and is governed by the Network Rules.

• 1-on-1 Angel Investing Coaching: paid 30- or 60-minute sessions with Tony Wilkins.

• Bundles and launch offers: limited-time pricing, such as the book + Masterclass bundle, available only during the stated period.

2. Education only. Not investment advice.
 All content is for educational purposes. Nothing in the Services is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or fund, and we do not offer securities or help you invest in any company.

• Angel and early-stage investing is high risk. Many startups fail, and you may lose your entire investment. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

• Results shared by Tony Wilkins, including specific exits and returns, are his personal results. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

• Companies or founders mentioned in the Services are examples, not endorsements. Tony may have a financial interest in companies he discusses.

• Always do your own diligence and consult qualified legal, tax and financial professionals before investing.

3. Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged at checkout through our payment processor.

• By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order and, for the Network, for each annual renewal until you cancel.

• You're responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply to your purchase.

4. Network membership, renewal and cancellation

• The Wilkins Angel Network costs $1,500 per year and renews automatically every 12 months at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• We'll email you a reminder [30] days before each renewal.

• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your paid year.

• Membership is subject to the Network Rules and may be suspended or ended for violating them.

5. Refunds

• Digital book: [e.g. all sales final once downloaded / refund within 14 days]

• Masterclass: [e.g. full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase]

• Wilkins Angel Network: [e.g. full refund within 14 days of first joining; renewals refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge]

• Coaching sessions: reschedule or cancel at least [24] hours before your session for a full refund. Missed sessions and late cancellations are not refundable.

6. Your account and access

• Keep your login private. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

• We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment, sharing content, or breaking these Terms or the Network Rules.

7. Our content
 The book, course videos, worksheets, scorecards, frameworks (including the 75-15-10 framework and the Coachability Test), recordings and other materials are owned by Art Of Angel Investing or Tony Wilkins and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, share, record, publish or use them to create competing products. "Intelligent Lottery Tickets" is a trademark of [owner].

8. Your conduct
 Don't use the Services to break the law, harass anyone, post spam, solicit investments, upload malicious code, or try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours.

9. Texts and emails
 If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your purchase, onboarding, sessions and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

10. Third-party services
 We use third-party tools to host the Services, take payments and schedule sessions. Their terms may also apply, and we aren't responsible for their services.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
 The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any investment losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law
 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois]. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [Cook County, Illinois].

13. Changes
 We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell active members about material changes by email.
