This policy explains what personal information The Art Of Angel Investing ("we," "us") collects through artofangelinvesting.com, the member area, and our communications; how we use it; and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing details, and anything you share on forms, onboarding calls, coaching sessions, or in the Network.

• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.

• Course activity: lessons completed, worksheets downloaded, and session attendance.

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use it

• To deliver what you bought: course access, the book, Network membership and coaching sessions.

• To process payments and annual Network renewals.

• To contact you about your purchase, onboarding calls, check-ins, and support.

• To send updates and offers about our products. You can opt out anytime.

• To improve the site and course, and to measure our advertising.

• To keep the Services secure and meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels, including Meta (Facebook) and Google tools, to understand site traffic, measure ads, and show relevant ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

4. Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we use your number to send messages about your purchase, sessions, and offers. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Who we share it with
 We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our course and website platform, payment processor, and scheduling, email and analytics tools, under agreements to protect it.

• Professional advisors and authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

• A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

Information you choose to share inside the Wilkins Angel Network is visible to other members, under the Network Rules.

6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer, and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to texts.

• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing [support email].

• Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we hold, to object to certain uses, or to complain to a regulator. We'll honor these as the law requires.

8. Security
 We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, private password.

9. Children
 The services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. International visitors
 We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.

11. Changes
 We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and notify customers of significant changes by email.
